RENEW-Op-1 is a new research a study for people who are ready to stop using or misusing opioids.

If you are already taking buprenorphine and want extra support to stay well and reduce relapse, this study may be for you.

We are testing a new investigational medication designed to help people in recovery maintain progress and reduce cravings, alongside their usual buprenorphine treatment.

Interested in taking part?

You may be eligible if you:

Are 18 to 75 years old
Have opioid use disorder
Are currently taking a buprenorphine
Have a body mass index (BMI) of at least 22
Want additional support to stay in recovery

You will also need to meet other criteria to join. The study team will provide more details.
